How do you redeem a code in Escape from Playtime?

Launch the game and wait
Start Escape from Playtime on Steam and let your profile load completely before you open any menu.
Open Settings
Open the Settings menu.
Go to the Extras tab
The Extras tab sits at the top or side of the settings screen.
Click Redeem Code
Click the Redeem Code button, type your code into the popup box and click Redeem.

What if your code isn't working?
Make sure the game has fully loaded and that you typed the code exactly as it appears in your email. If it still fails, the store FAQ says to email poppyplaytime@bdainc.com with your order number, the code and a screenshot of the error.
Can't find the email? Check your spam, junk and promotions folders for the subject "Your Midnight CatNap skin code is here." If more than 5 business days have passed since you bought it, contact the same address with your order number.
